What comes back.
An honest answer about whether the pipeline is the right shape for what you described, usually the same day and occasionally the next one. Sometimes that answer is no — because the idea needs a bespoke technical build, or because it is already a working business that wants one of the family's products directly rather than the orchestrator over the top of them.
No autoresponder. An autoresponder is a way of not answering that costs nothing and buys three days. If you have written to us and heard nothing after two working days, something has gone wrong technically — write again and say so.
