Terms
Who you are dealing with, and what you are getting.
Written to be read. Where a term here would be less clear than the plain sentence explaining it, the plain sentence is what we have used — and where the law says something regardless of what a website says, we have said so rather than pretending otherwise.
Last reviewed: 9 September 2026. These terms cover the use of castomind.com, the public website, and describe in outline how an engagement with castoMIND works. The castoMIND service at app.castomind.com and every other product in the castomo family have their own agreements, which govern their own use.

What this website is
An information site about castoMIND. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of a particular result. Prices shown on the pricing page are the current list prices and may change; the price that applies to an engagement is the one confirmed in writing when it starts.
What an engagement includes
A run takes one idea through the pipeline described on this site: curation and branding, the written case, and then the building and launching stages across the castomo family's products. What exactly gets built depends on what the idea needs — an idea with no transactions in it does not get a payment workflow, and saying so is more honest than a fixed checklist.
Timings quoted anywhere on this site, including "about an hour", describe the shape of a typical run. They are a description of how the pipeline behaves, not a contractual deadline.
If a run stops at the curation stage because the idea cannot be written up into something buildable, we do not charge for that run. You keep the document explaining why.
What is yours
Everything produced for your idea: the name, the mark, the copy, the site, the dashboard, the workflows, the campaign content and all data that flows through them. It lives on your account, you can edit it in each product's own editor, and you can take it elsewhere in whatever ways those products support.
We do not use your idea to train anything, do not show it to other customers, and do not publish it. What remains ours is the pipeline itself and the software the family is built from — using castoMIND does not transfer any of that, and nothing here grants a licence to it beyond using the services.
Availability of a name is checked, not warranted. Registering a trade mark, and checking that a name does not infringe somebody else's rights in your market, is a legal exercise we do not perform and cannot promise the outcome of.
What you are responsible for
That the idea is yours to build, that what you tell us is accurate, and that the product complies with the law where you sell it — licensing, consumer rights, sector rules, and the obligations that come with holding other people's data. The pipeline builds what you describe; it cannot know that the thing described requires a licence you do not have.
Domains are registered by you, in your name. This is deliberate: a domain registered by a supplier on a customer's behalf is a hostage, and we would rather not hold one.
Billing
Single-idea runs are invoiced per run. Studio is invoiced monthly and continues until cancelled; unused ideas within a month do not roll over. Portfolio arrangements are invoiced as agreed in writing.
What a running product then consumes on the platform — messages sent, payments processed, AI steps that call a model — is billed by the products concerned, under their own terms, from the same castomo wallet. Those charges follow use and are not included in the run price.
Prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable.
Where the line of responsibility sits
We are responsible for running the pipeline competently and for the services we operate. We are not responsible for whether an idea succeeds commercially — that depends on the market, the execution and a great deal else that no supplier can promise.
Once something is built, it is a live product on live services. It can be edited, misconfigured or switched off by you or by anyone you give access to, and from that point the responsibility for what it does is yours in the ordinary way.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intentional fault, and for the rights a consumer has under Polish and EU law. Where limitation is permitted, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Ending it
A Studio subscription can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the paid month. Ending an engagement does not remove what was built: it is on your account and stays there, subject to the terms of each product it lives on.
Governing law
Polish law applies, and the courts competent for the seat of Castomo P.S.A. have jurisdiction — save where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere, which it does and which these terms do not attempt to remove.
Changes
If these terms change materially the review date at the top changes with them. Changes do not apply retrospectively to an engagement already agreed.
